Group Light Box - Mike & I

A light box or tent is used alongside studio lighting to soften the harsh strobe flash from studio lighting. The school had just bought one so we were trying it out. Here are the first photographs using the light box and I like what it does to the pictures, gives them a more natural feel to them. The picture to the right is the light box from the outside (just setting the scene) Inside we chose to create a road scene using card for a road, grass, leaves and rocks for the roadside and toy cars for the crashed up cars. we had to shed the grass and leaves into miniture size to make it more realistic, we then took the pictures in macro to make the cars look bigger than they are and try to recreate a realistic scenario, we also tried to take them from a point of view of a person on the ground to give it a realistic effect.

Treatment

I have been thinking of what i can include into my short film, my topic is motion photography.
I have come up with the idea of me on my motorcycle riding through twisty country lanes with a variety of camera shots; both on and off of the motorcycle

I plan to attach the camera in a number of abstract and very common shots, i will have very short viewing times on many of the clips for example gear changes.
